Педагогічний аналіз змісту підготовки фахівців з освітнього менеджменту в чеських університетах

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблеми професійної підготовки фахівців з освітнього менеджменту в чеських університетах. Підкреслено, що модернізація професійної підготовки управлінців і фахівців з освітнього менеджменту певною мірою визначає інтелектуальний, технологічний, економічний, соціальний, культурний прогрес країни. Проаналізовано освітні програми з підготовки освітнього менеджменту в Університеті Ф. Палацького в Оломовці, Карловому Університеті в Празі, Університеті Я. Є. Пуркіне в Усті-над-Лабем. Зроблено висновок, що при формуванні бакалаврських програм підготовки в чеських університетах головна увага приділяється компетентнісному підходу для формування у студента компетенцій з освітнього менеджменту Ключові слова: професійна підготовка, фахівець з освітнього менеджменту, чеські університети, освітні програми.

The article deals with the problems of professional preparation of education management specialists in Czech universities. It has been emphasized that the modernization of the professional preparation of managers and education management specialists to a certain extent determines the country’s intellectual, technological, economic, social and cultural progress. The educational programmes for the preparation of educational management at the University Palacky Olomouc, Charles University in Prague and Jan Evangelista Purkyne University in Usti nad Labem have been analyzed. It has been underlined that there are disciplines of the managerial cycle in the educational programmes, which are aimed at improving the professional knowledge of the manager, his/her skills and abilities, personal qualities and disciplines in the management of educational process, which ensure the formation of an integrated vision of the educational process, assessment of pedagogical work, modeling and designing of alternative schools. It has been highlighted the fact that in the process of preparation education management specialists are formed skills and abilities to use their personal potential to achieve professionally meaningful goals, to develop the leader’s potential for more effective self-realization in the management. The cycle of disciplines of economic direction provides the formation of system thinking in solving economic problems in education and systemic scientific knowledge. It has been concluded that during the formation of bachelor’s programmes of training in Czech universities, the attention is focused on the competent approach for the formation of student’s competencies throughout the full spectrum of professional tasks performed by them as specialists.
