Підготовка фахівців з менеджменту освіти як об’єкт педагогічних досліджень в європейських країнах

Abstract

Репрезентовано бібліографічний аналіз проблеми підготовки фахівців з менеджменту освіти у європейських країнах. Наголошено на таких аспектах розгляду питання підготовки фахівців з менеджменту освіти: лідерство в освіті як концепція менеджменту освіти; удосконалення професійних компетенцій майбутніх керівників освітніх установ; форми організації освітньої діяльності в галузі професійної підготовки менеджерів освіти; системи контролю й оцінювання педагогічної діяльності як напрям менеджерської діяльності в освіті та компоненти змістової професійної підготовки керівника освітньої установи. Проаналізовано праці європейських дослідників щодо проблеми підготовки фахівців з менеджменту освіти, розподіленого лідерства в освіті та системи удосконалення професійної готовності керівників освітніх установ в умовах розвитку європейського і міжнародного освітнього простору. The article presents a bibliographic analysis of the problem of training specialists of the education management in the European countries. It emphasizes the following consideration aspects of the training issue: leadership in education as a concept of education management; improvement of professional competences of future heads of educational institutions; forms of educational activities organization in the field of professional training of education managers; systems of control and evaluation of pedagogical activity as a direction of managerial activity in education and components of content training of the head of an educational institution. The works of European researchers on training of the specialists in education management, on distributed leadership in education and on systems for improving the professional readiness of the heads of educational institutions in the context of the development of European and international educational space have been analyzed. It was emphasized that a considerable part of scientific research is devoted to the problem of leadership in education, in particular the works of Czech researchers D. Dvorak and I. Trunda, B. The aspect of improving the professional competences of future managers of educational institutions as a complex multilevel sustainable structure of the mental personality traits, which is formed as a result of the integration of experience, theoretical knowledge, practical skills relevant to the teacher of personal qualities and has outlined essential features (mobility, flexibility and critical thinking) is widely represented in the works of Czech researchers I.
