Стратегічні завдання розвитку європейської професійної освіти на початку ХХІ століття

Abstract

В статті розглядається проблема визначення пріоритетних напрямів розвитку європейської професійної освіти на початку ХХІ століття. Підкреслено особливості її розвитку в умовах глобалізації, інтернаціо- налізації, транснаціоналізації та європеїзації. Визначені завдання, що полягають у підтримці загального прагнення до демократизації системи освіти, сильного взаємопроникнення науки і освіти, нових підходів до системи управління освітою, виявлено, що пріоритетами є формування Європейського простору вищої освіти, де автоматичне визнання кваліфікацій стане реальністю, студенти й випускники зможуть вільно переміщатися в його межах. The article deals with the problematics of determining the prior directions of the European vocational education development at the beginning of the XXI century. The topicality of the problem is determined by the need for training the highly qualified specialists in new areas and with new competencies for the innovative, information society. The peculiarities of the vocational education development under the conditions of globalization, internationalization, trans-nationalization and Europeanization have been emphasized. It has been revealed that the priorities of the vocational education development are the formation of the European Higher Education Space, where "the common goals will be implemented in all participating countries, providing mutual trust in higher education systems; where automatic recognition of qualifications will become a reality, students and graduates will be able to move freely within its borders. It has been concluded that the developed system in the field of vocational education is a strategic course of improving the educational policy of state, quality of education.
