| Abstract: | The alloys in the system Sn2P2S6 - Cd2P2S6 are synthesized through a two-temperature method of synthesis. The phase diagram is constructed after outcomes of the thermal and diffraction analysis. The temperature dependence of dielectric permeability is measured on a single crystal of a solid solution. It was found , the temperature of ferroelectric phase transition is reduced in limit of existence of a solid solution at substitution of tin by cadmium on 2,4 K/mol. %. |
