| Abstract: | The thermogravimetric investigations of Hg4GeS6, Hg2GeSe4, Hg2SnSe4 compounds were carried out. The types of thermal decomposition and temperature limits of stability were determined. It was shown that thermal stability of compounds is decreasing from 850 K (Hg4GeS6) to 610 K (Hg2GeSe4) and 630 K (Hg2SnSe4). |
