Деконструкція поняття «криза» у постпандемічну добу

Abstract

У статті авторка аналізує процес розвитку кризових явищ у суспільстві, виділяє головні підходи до формулю- вання поняття «криза» та різновиди кризових явищ. Криза як явище є відповіддю на потребу людськості у вижи- ванні. Кризовість закладена у фундаменті природи людства. Людське існування пов’язується із зовнішніми конфлік- тами інтересів і з внутрішніми протиріччями в людській онтології. Криза певний еволюційний рушій, який допомагає людству розвиватися. У той же момент криза сприяє не лише еволюції, а й певною мірою моральній деградації, адже під час кризових явищ ми ставимо в пріоритет найбільш вигідне рішення, а не найбільш прийнятне. Криза не може бути охарактеризована прикметниками «позитивна» чи «негативна», оскільки будь-яке кризове явище всередині самого себе розділяється на ці дві конотації. Кризовість внутрішнього буття ретранслюється у кризовість окремого політичного тіла: як людина переживає внутрішній конфлікт з зовнішнім світом, так і існування будь-якого державного утворення вже є посяганням на реальність іншого державного утворення. Для вирішення міждержав- них криз ми або приймаємо правила гри світового порядку, або підпорядковуємося одному глобальному гегемону. Криза сприяє творенню порядку, як ми побачимо далі. Коронавірусна криза змушує переосмислити не лише наші підходи до визначення поняття «криза», але і її сутнісні характеристики, сфери її впливу. COVID-19 став кризовою подією небачених масштабів, як за своїм економічним впливом, так і за статистичними показниками. Авторка оці- нює вплив пандемії, як однієї з ключових криз третього тисячоліття, на концепт «криза» взагалі та виводить власне формулювання поняття «криза». У статті окреслені такі ознаки кризи третього тисячоліття, як всеохопленість, все- проникність, неочікуваність (тією ж мірою, що і передбачуваність). У висновку авторка вбачає кризу третього тися- чоліття як потужний механізм творення світового порядку. The author analyzed the process of development of crisis phenomena in society, identified the main approaches to the formulation of the concept of “crisis” and the types of crisis phenomena in this article. The crisis as a phenomenon is a response to humanity’s need for survival. Crisis is embedded in the foundation of human nature. Human existence is associated with external conflicts of interest and internal contradictions in the human ontology. The crisis is a certain evolutionary driver that helps humanity develop. At the same time, the crisis contributes not only to evolution, but also to some extent to moral degradation, because during crises we prioritize the most advantageous solution, not the most acceptable. Crisis cannot be characterized by the adjectives “positive” or “negative”, as any crisis phenomenon within itself is divided into these two connotations. The crisis of internal existence is retransmitted into the crisis of an individual political body: as a person experiences an internal conflict with the outside world, so the existence of any state entity is already an encroachment on the reality of another state entity. We either adopt the rules of the world order or submit to one global hegemon to resolve interstate crises. The crisis is contributing to order, as we shall see. The coronavirus crisis forces us to rethink not only our approaches to defining the concept of “crisis”, but also its essential characteristics, its spheres of influence. COVID-19 has become a crisis event of unprecedented proportions, both in terms of its economic impact and in terms of statistics. The author assesses the impact of the pandemic, as one of the key crises of the third millennium, on the concept of “crisis” in general and derives her own formulation of the concept of “crisis”. The article outlines such signs of the crisis of the third millennium as comprehensiveness, permeability, and unexpectedness (to the same extent as predictability). In conclusion, the author sees the crisis of the third millennium as a powerful mechanism for creating a world order.
