Мікростратегія влади та проблема її суб’єктивації у кратології М. Фуко

Abstract

Автор статті локалізував той період творчості М. Фуко, ʙ якому проблема мікроаналізу влади почала доміну- вати над проблемою макроаналізу, що надало можливість дослідити субстанціальність фукодіанської методології, встановити особливості сучасної суб’єктивації влади та визначити епістемічні межи визначення М. Фуко влади в її політичному, неполітичному та квазіполітичному аспектах. Дослідником розглядається епістемологія влади, як зазначав французький дослідник, «на її околицях», там, куди дисциплінарна політична влада та її ефекти не роз- повсюджуються, де виникають владні відносини іншого ґатунку як гетеротопна стратегія впливу одних сил на інші. Автор статті також аналізує методологію владарювання над собою задля владарювання над іншими у відносинах трьох ключових елементів пізньої творчості М. Фуко – «знання», «влади», «суб’єкта». Дослідження мікростратегії влади становить аналіз повсякденних практик і скеровано на те, щоб розкривати відносини влади на її «обриві», там, де політична влада зазвичай є неосяжною. Аналіз цих практик може виглядати не автентичним, але саме в цьому і полягає складність політологічного аналізу. Оскільки дії операторів та клієнтів влади та інші впорядко- вані (або хаотичні) дії є детермінованими констеляцією факторів впливу кожного суб’єкта, то сам їх аналіз вже є предметом суб’єктивації влади. Мікростратегія влади розглядається як диспозитив, за яким силовий центр влади визнається відсутнім, а отже, елімінуються і встановлені «правила політичної гри» в мережі владних відносин. Враховуючи останні праці французького політичного теоретика як найбільш евристичні, надається критична оцінка фукодіанському баченню влади не стільки як репресивній дисциплінарній інстанції, скільки як повсякденній прак- тиці реалізації влади на її межах, зокрема як практики опору владі, або практики розсіювання влади в гетеротопіях. The author of the article localized the period of M. Foucault's investigations, when the problem of microanalysis of power began to dominate over the problem of macroanalysis, which made it possible to analyze the substantiality of Fukodian methodology and establish the peculiarities of modern subjectivation of power and to determine the epistemic limits of M. Foucault's definition of power in its political, non-political and quasi-political aspects. The researcher considers the epistemology of power, as noted by the French researcher, “on its outskirts”, where disciplinary political power and its effects do not extend, where power relations of another kind arise as a heterotopic strategy of influencing one force on another. The author of the article analyzes the methodology of domination over oneself in order to dominate others in new relations of 3 key elements of M. Foucault's late work: “knowledge”, “power”, “subject”. The study of the microstrategy of power is an analysis of everyday practices and aims to reveal the relationship of power on its “cliff”, where political power is usually immeasurable. The analysis of these practices may seem implausible, but this is the complexity of political science analysis. Since the actions of operators and customers of power and other orderly (or chaotic) actions are determined by a set of factors of existence of each subject, their analysis is already an analysis of the subjectivation of power. The micro-strategy of power is seen as a dispositive, according to which the power center of power is recognized as absent, and therefore the established “rules of the political game” in the network of power relations are eliminated. Given the recent works of the French political theorist as the most heuristic, the Fukodian vision of power is criticized not so much as a repressive disciplinary body, but as a daily practice of exercising power on its borders, in particular as a practice of resistance to power, or practice of dispersal of power in heterotopias.
