Сутнісні характеристики політичного конфлікту в українському суспільстві

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано причини, особливості політичних конфліктів в Україні. Автори визначають, що полі- тичний конфлікт – один із різновидів соціального конфлікту, який характеризується зіткненням протилежних цілей і прагнень, що стикаються з приводу влади, владних відносин у політичному середовищі та зачіпають інтереси великої кількості людей. Обґрунтовується, що без знання сутності, природи політичного конфлікту ми не зможемо розібратися з особливостями сучасних конфліктів у нашій державі. Автори сформулювали узагальнене визначення поняття конфлікту й особливості політичного типу конфлікту. Здійснено комплексну характеристику суб’єктів полі- тичного конфлікту: окрім індивідів, груп, класів, окремих великих частин суспільства й навіть цілих держав, що безпосередньо беруть участь у боротьбі, до учасників політичного конфлікту ми зараховуємо й тих, які не мають безпосереднього стосунку до самого процесу боротьби, проте їхня участь у конфлікті визначна й у ньому вони пере- слідують власні інтереси. Об’єктом політичного конфлікту автори визначають будь-який елемент матеріального світу й соціальної реальності, здатний слугувати предметом особистих, групових, суспільних або державних інтер- есів. Також подано характеристику підходів до характеристики політичних конфліктів. Важливу увагу автори статті приділяють структурі політичного конфлікту, що дає змогу нівелювати причини політичних конфліктів у майбут- ньому. Зокрема, автори статті зауважують, що структура політичного конфлікту має двоякий характер: з одного боку, вона статична, що дає можливість розглядати конфлікт у статиці, включає такі елементи, як суб’єкти й об’єкти конфлікту, а також конфліктна взаємодія. Ця структура відображає конфліктний процес у розрізі з деяким припи- ненням його розвитку. Ключові слова: політика, конфлікт, інтереси, держава.

The article analyzes the causes, peculiarities of political conflicts in Ukraine. The authors find that political conflict is one of the varieties of social conflict, characterized by a clash of conflicting goals and aspirations that clash with power, power relations in the political environment, and affect the interests of large numbers of people. The article substantiates that without knowledge of the nature and nature of political conflict we will not be able to understand the peculiarities of contemporary conflicts in our country. The authors formulated a generalized definition of the concept of conflict and features of the political type of conflict. Complex characterization of subjects of political conflict is carried out: in addition to individuals, groups, classes, individual large sections of society and even entire states directly involved in the struggle, we also refer to political conflict participants those who are not directly related to the process of struggle, however, their involvement in the conflict is significant and they pursue their own interests. The subject of political conflict is the author's definition of any element of the material world and social reality capable of serving as the subject of personal, group, public or state interests. A description of approaches to characterizing political conflicts is also given. The authors of the article pay special attention to the structure of political conflict, which helps to eliminate the causes of political conflicts in the future. In particular, the authors of the article point out that the structure of political conflict is twofold: on the one hand, it is static, which allows to consider conflict in statics, and includes such elements as the subjects and objects of conflict, as well as conflict interaction. This structure reflects the conflict process in section, with some cessation of its development. Key words: politics, conflict, interests, state.
