| Abstract: | У статті здійснено дослідження стану правового регулювання статусу муніципальної міліції в Україні на сучасно- му етапі. Розглянуто законодавчу та нормативно-правову базу, що визначає принципи, правові основи організації та діяльності муніципальної милиции. Проаналізовані останні законотворчі ініціативи з питань врегулювання правово- го статусу муніципальної міліції. Робиться висновок про необхідність чіткого законодавчого визначення правового статусу, завдань та форм діяльності муніципальної міліції. Ключові слова: правовий статус, компетенція, муніципальна міліція, законопроект, територіальна громада, місцеве самоврядування, охорона громадського порядку. |
| Description: | In the article the state of legal regulation of the status of municipal police in Ukraine is studied. The law-making and normative legal basis that determines the principles, legal background of the organization and functioning of the municipal police in Ukraine is examined. The last initiations of laws concerning the issues of regulation of the legal status of the municipal police are analyzed. The conclusions are drawn about the necessity of precise legislative determinations of the legal status, tasks, forms and methods of operation of the municipal police. Key words: legal status, competence, municipal police, legislation, territorial community, local self-government, protection of public order. |
