Abstract

In the article is set up the changes and problems of managing in agrarian sector of Transcarpation region is reflected in a term from the second half of 60th to 2005. Is parsed the achievements and miscalculations of socio-economic development of village, stressed the becoming of relations of markets in agriculture,necessity of the terminations(ending) of a land reform and process of privatization of earth. It is marked that today’s agrarian reform, unlike previous, can in the radical change to the better socio-economic atmosphere of rural territories, provide their revival and further development.
