Abstract

The article focuses on the state of the history of the Transcarpathia in the pages of the scientific collection of the Museum of Ukrainian culture in the town of Svydnyk that has been published in Pryashiv since 1965. The author has analysed the articles of Ukrainian scholars in Slovakia, in particularly, from the history of cultural-educational and scientific life of the Transcarpathians in the 18th and 19th centuries, has characterized the source base and stated a high scholarly level. A great deal of work is marked on revealing and publishing scholarly heritage in the part, therefore a scientific collection of the Museum of Ukrainian culture in Svydnyk is an important source for the contemporaries in studying the history of the Transcarpathia.
