| Abstract: | Piled sourcive mass certified the presence of qualifed authors in the western mass–media, which are constantly followed the events in Ukraine. At the beginning of independence the negative prevailed, but because of political crisis in 2000 – 2001, demilitarization and economy improved and got positive resonance in the second half of 1990-s. |
