| Abstract: | The article characterizes the main stages of the forming of the electoral system of Ukraine, it also gives a comparative analysis of the Laws of Ukraine “About the elections of the national deputees of Ukraine” on the base of which the elections to Verkhovna Rada in 1994, 1998 and 2002 were held. Article also characterizes the main points of the law about the elections that will regular the elections to Verkhovna Rada in 2006 (electoral barrier, subjects of the electoral process, peculiarities of the forming of the electoral commissions). |
