Правовий статус релігійних конфесій в Угорщині в 20–30-ті роки ХХ століття

Abstract

The author touches on the problem of the relationships between the state and the church in Hungary in the 20 –30 –s of the twentieth century. These processes did not find the appropriate depiction in the works of the Soviet scientists or still stay insufficiently studied in the modern Ukrainian history. The aim of the article is to investigate the processes of development of the legislative regulation and the legal status of religious confessions in Hungary in the interwar period. In the publication the explorer finds out the reasons of formation the relationships between the state and the church in Hungary after the end of First World War. The article also depicts the main terms and categories of the above mentioned period, depicts the main mechanisms of juridical regulation of the churches` public work in the country. The author thinks it is necessary to learn the relationships between the state and the church in foreign countries so that this experience can be later used while finding the solutions for the same problems in modern Ukraine.
