| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена розв'язанню проблеми квалiфiкації катування, що спричинило тiлесне ушкодження. Наведено й обґрунтовано авторську позицiю щодо вирiшення цього питання. У межах основної проблематики розкритi питання: 1) спiввiдношення понять «сильний фiзичний бiль» i «тiлеснi ушкодження»; 2) залежностi ступеня фiзичного болю вiд тяжкостi тiлесного ушкодження. Ключовi слова: катування, сильний фiзичний бiль, тiлеснi ушкодження, квалiфiкацiя злочинiв. The article is devoted to solving the problems of qualification of torture that caused the injury. The author's attitude to solving this issue is presented and justified. Within the main problems the uncovered questions are: 1) the correlation of the concepts of «severe physical pain» and «injuries», and 2) dependence the degree of physical pain оп the severity of injury.
