| Abstract: | У статті наведено короткий результат дослідження співвідношення публічних і приватних інтересів при здійсненні підприємницької діяльності та її державному регулюванні. Виокремлено актуальні проблеми порушення балансу оптимального співвідношення публічних і приватних інтересів у цій сфері. Запропоновано окремі напрями їх подолання.
