| Abstract: | У статті досліджуються особливості прояву єдності і диференціації у сфері правового регулювання щорічних відпусток. На підставі аналізу чинного законодавства та наукових робіт за тематикою визначені межі застосування як єдності, так і диференціації; визначено підстави диференціації, які застосовуються щодо щорічних відпусток. Автором запропоновано декілька ідей щодо покращення національного законодавства. Characteristics of using the method of unity and differentiation in the sphere of law regulation of annual leaves have been analyzed in the агtісІе. Based оп the national legislation and scientific papers, author has determined measures of applying the unity and differentiation; those factors of differentiation, which аге used in the sphere of annual leaves, have been determined as well. Finally, а few ideas about improvement of national legislation have been offered. |
