| Abstract: | У статті досліджено сутність та характерні ознаки трудових спорів. Розглянуто різні позиції вчених щодо визначення даної дефініції. Запропоновано авторське визначення поняття «трудовий спір» та виокремлено його характерні ознаки. Внесено пропозицію щодо вдосконалення чинного законодавства у частині, яка стосується трудових спорів. The рарег studies the nature and characteristic features of Іаbоr disputes. The different positions of scientists оп the definition of this definition. The author's definition of «Іаbог dispute» and highlights its distinctive features. lt is proposed to improve the existing legislation іn respect of Іаbог disputes. |
