| Abstract: | У статті аналізуються норми міжнародного та національного законодавства в контексті обмеження права на страйк окремим категоріям громадян. Розглядається правова база механізму реалізації цього права. Автор досліджує прогалини правового регулювання права на страйк та формулює пропозиції удосконалення чинного законодавства. ln this article the norms of international and national legislation аге analyzed in the context of limiting the right to strike for certain categories of citizens. Неге the legal base of the mechanism of enforcement of this right is considered. The authог discovers the gaps in the legal regulation of the right to strike and formulates the proposals to improve current legislation. |
