| Abstract: | У статтi надана загальна характеристика медичного страхування як елементу системи забезпечення права людини на здоров'я. Розглянуто медичне страхування як пiдгалузь системи особистого страхування та страхування у галузi охорони здоров'я. Встановлено, що лише колективна форма медичного страхування працiвникiв може виступати формою соцiального захисту. ln the article general description of medical insurance is given as to the element of the system of providing of human right оn а health. Medical insurance as subindustry of the system of the personal insurance and insurance in industry of health protection is considered. lt is set that only the collective form of medical insurance of workers саn come forward the form of social protection. |
