| Abstract: | Статтю присвячено висвітленню особливостей правового статусу працівника у сучасних соціально-економічних умовах. Проаналізовано положення Конституції України, чинного трудового законодавства, Проекту Трудового кодексу України щодо визначення поняття правового статусу працівника. Автор акцентує увагу на виокремленні загального, спеціального і індивідуального правового статусу працівника. This агtісІе is devoted to describing the legal status of features in the current socio-economic conditions. Тhеге was analyzed the provision of the Constitution of Ukraine , the current lаbог legislation, the draft of Labor Code of Ukraine regarding the definition of the legal status of the employee. The author emphasizes distinguishing general, special and individual legal status of the employee. |
