| Abstract: | Проведено аналіз правового закріплення права на соціальний захист громадянина України. Розглянуто особливості становлення цього права за часів радянської України. Розкрито особливості закріплення права на соціальний захист за часів незалежної України. Зроблено висновок про необхідність вдосконалення законодавчого врегулювання механізму реалізації та забезпечення права громадянина України на соціальний захист. Analyzed of the legal reservation the right of the social protection of the citizens of Ukraine, featured the formation of this right under the Soviet of Ukraine, and featured the reservation of the right to social security іn times of an independent Ukraine. lt was concluded about the need to improve legal regulation mechanism fог implementing and ensuring the rights of the citizen of Ukraine оп the social protection. |
