Abstract

Стаття присвячена iнституту процесуального представництва осiб, яким надано право захищати права та iнтереси iнших осiб, дослi­дженню його змiсту, виходячи з тeopiї та практики застосування. Метою є встановлення правової природи iнституту, висвiтлення проблем правозастосування iз пропонуванням шляхiв їх вирiшення.

The article is devoted to the lnstitute of procedure of representation of persons who have bееn granted the right to defend the rights and interests of other persons, to the research of its content, оn the basis of the theory and practice of application. The aim is to establish the legal nature of the lnstitute, the illumination of the problems of law enforcement with the proposal of the ways to solve them.
