| Abstract: | The circumstances of establishment of socialist system of Soviet model in the countries of Central and South-Eastern Europe are investigated in the article. The author ascertains that “people’s democracy” in these countries was established with the support of Moscow and very soon was converted into real “dictatorship of proletariat”. |
