| Abstract: | Зроблена спроба аналізу газових директив ЄС та рівня їх впровадження в українське законодавство. Звернута увага на значення другої директиви ЄС для лібералізації газового ринку в Україні. Висвітлені спроби імплементації у вітчизняне законодавство третьої газової директиви ЄС. The attempt to analyze EU Gas Directives and the level of their implementation іn Ukrainian law is carried out. Draw attention to the importance of the second EU directive for the liberalization of the gas marкet іn Ukraine. The efforts іn the implementation of the national legislation of а third of EU Gas Directive аге highlighted. |
