| Abstract: | The article says, that public changes that started on the boundary of 90-s of the XX cent. in the countries of Central Europe were the summary of unsuccessful attempt to force the passage from capitalism to socialism, from traditional agrarian society to industrialization and urbanization without taking into account the variety and polyvarianity of the objective processes. |
