| Abstract: | Наукова стаття присвячена висвітленню сутності та змісту об'єктів адміністративно-правових відносин в сфері надрокористування. Визначено класифікацію об'єктів адміністративно-правових відносин за критерієм рівня узагальнення або обсягу (масштабу) публічних інтересів, що реалізуються за допомогою норм адміністративного права. Автор виокремлює ознаки надр як об'єкта відносин надрокористування. The scientific article is dedicated to the elucidation of the essence and the content of objects of administrative-legal relations in the sphere of entrails management. The classification of the objects of administrative-legal relations has been determined bу а criterion of the level of generalization or volume (scope) of public interests which are realized using the rules of administrative law. The author distinguishes signs of entrails as the object of entrails management relations. |
