Судовий збір: поняття, ознаки, зв’язок з господарським процесуальним правом

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослiдженню теоретичних засад такої дефiнiції, як «судовий збiр». Пiд час написання роботи виявлено основнi нормативнi ознаки цього обов'язкового платежу. Здiйснено аналiз поглядiв науковцiв щодо iнших суттєвих оэнак цього виду судових ви­трат. Визначено системний зв'язок судового збору з господарським nроцесом. Запропоновано визначення «судового збору».

Article is devoted to research of the theoretical nature of such definition as "court fee". During writing the work аrе defined the main normative signs of this obligatory payment. The analysis of views of scientists concerning other essential signs of this type of court costs is carried out. The system connection between the court fee and the economic process is defined. lt is offered the definition of «court fee».
