Проаналiзовано перелiк iстотних умов договору про трансфер технологiй вiдповiдно до чинного законодавства та визначено основнi напрями їx оптимiзацiї. Legal nature of the essential terms and general performance of requirements fоr the essential terms of the contract of transfer of technologies аrе investigated. List of essential terms of the contract of transfer of technologies in accordance with current legislation and basic directions of optimization are reviewed. |
