Abstract:	Стаття присвячена вивченню питання щодо існування підгалузі у фінансово-правовій системі .. Автор виділяє найбільш характерні ознаки, які мають бути притаманні такій групі фінансово-правових норм. Також у статті акцентується увага на співвідношенні бюджетного і податкового права, аналізується їх місце в системі фінансового права. The агtісІе studies the question regarding the existence of sub-sectors in the financial - the legal system. The author highlights the most characteristic features that should bе inherent in the grouping - Іаw. Also in the агtісІе focuses оn the ratio of the budget and tax issues, analyzing their role in the system of financial law.
