| Abstract: | На основі наукових праць у статті досліджуються онтологічні витоки поняття інформації. Дістають подальшоrо розвитку положення про періодизацію процесу розуміння інформації. Автором обумовлюється сутність інформації в юриспруденції за допомогою її ознак (нормативних та доктринальних). Based оn scientific papers in the article examines ontological origins of the concept of information. Receive further development of the provisions of the periodization of the process of understanding the information. The author determined the essence of the information in jurisprudence through its signs (normative and doctrinal). |
