| Abstract: | Taking into account the abovementioned, we may arrive to conclusion, that on the eve of the Revolution, 1848 the political, social standards of the North-Eastern committees were low enough. Their development was hindered by centralism policy of Gabsburg power who didn’t take into consideration the specific development of the region. |
