| Abstract: | У статті обґрунтовано позицію, згідно якої одним із засобів забезпечення економічної безпеки органами
внутрішніх справ виступає адміністративний примус. В результаті автором сформульовано поняття адміністратмвноrо примусу як засобу забезпечення економічної безпеки органами внутрішніх справ та визначено конкретний його заходів. The author justified position, that administrative compulsion is one of the means to ensure the economic safety in internal affairs bodies activity. As а result, the author formulates the concept of administrative compulsion as mean of ensuring the economic safety in internal affairs bodies activity and designates the specific list of its measures. |
