Abstract

For the nations and countries of Central and Eastern Europe XX century was a period of the numerous historical challenges caused by the inner and outward factors of it’s development. Author proves that historical science in case of this European region in the past century has a wide sphere of activity because of the great number of “white spots”, which need a traditional chronological research and the study of separate themes and problems.
