Abstract:	Стаття присвячена особливостям правового регулювання статусу контролюючих органів щодо нотаріальної діяльності. Автор звертає увагу на позитивний досвід зарубіжних країн у сфері контролю за діяльністю нотаріусів. Запропоновані нововедення до чинного законодавства України про нотаріат щодо контролю за діяльністю нотаріусів в Україні. This article is devoted to the peculiarities of legal regulation of the status of regulatory authorities regarding notarial activities. Ву paying attention to the positive experience of other countries in controlling the activities of notaries. Proposed amendments to the laws of Ukraine оп notaries to control the activities of notaries in Ukraine.
