| Abstract: | У статті робиться спроба визначитися з обсягом предмета злочину за ст. 387 КК України з урахуванням внесених у неї змін. Наводяться доводи на користь удосконалення законодавчого формулювання предмету цього злочину шляхом виключення вказівки у статті на дані ОРД. The article is giving an attempt to bе determined with the volume of the object of crime bу the article 387 of Criminal Code of Ukraine, taking into account making alteration in іt. Reasons are pointed оn а benefit of perfection of legislative formulation of the object of crime bу the exception of pointing іn the article оn the information of SOA. |
