Abstract: Synthetic methodologies, structure peculiarities, reactivity, biological activity, and possible usage of phosphorus heterocycles with greater than six-membered rings, cited between 2008 and 2020, are covered in the present chapter. Earlier literature data were systematically treated as primary subjects in Comprehensive Heterocyclic Chemistry III series. The aim of this chapter is to give an overview of the diverse methodologies that have been reported on the chemistry and usage of the above-mentioned systems and their fused derivatives. In accordance with the type of cycle and amount of heteroatoms, we have divided the chapter into corresponding sections.
