Проведення допиту при протидії досудовому розслідуванню

Abstract

Стаття присвячена подоланню протидії, яка чиниться при проведеннi допиту, де слiдчому необхiдно ретельно пiдходити до пiдготовчого етапу, при необхiдностi одержати знання зi спецiальних питань; вивчити особистiсть допитуваного; скласти план допиту; обрати час i мiсце його проведення. 3 метою подолання протидії розслiдуванню допитуваної особи необхiдно використовувати тактичнi прийоми подолання бар'єрiв контрсуггестії.
