| Abstract: | У статті досліджується зміст концепції злочину «акти варварства», запропонованої Р. Лемкіним у 1933 р., та її вплив на формування поняття злочину «геноцид» в сучасному міжнародному праві. Проводиться порівняльний аналіз змісту злочину «акти варварства» зі змістом поняття «геноцид», яке міститься в Конвенції проти геноциду 1948 р. ln the article is examined the impact of the concept of crime «acts of barbarity», proposed bу R. Lemkin іn 1933 for the formation of the crime «genocide» in modern international law. А comparative analysis of the crime «acts of barbarity» with the concept of «genocide» whisch is contained in the Convention against Genocide іn 1948 is made. |
