| Abstract: | У статті досліджено поняття «торгівельне мореплавство», виокремлено основні групи приватноправових відносин. ускладнених іноземним елементом, у торговельному мореплавстві та наведено їх загальну характеристику. Крім того, автором проведено аналіз діючих міжнародно-правових та національних нормативно-правових актів, якими врегульовано приватноправові відносини у сфері торговельного мореплавства. Іn the article the term «merchant shipping» is investigated, and the main group of private law relations, complicated bу а foreign element in the Merchant Shipping and presented their general characteristics is presented. Іn addition, the author analyzes the existing intemational and national laws and regulations that addresses private legal relations іn commercial navigation. |
