| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена питанню співвідношення статтей 157 та 160 Кримінального кодексу України. Автор доводить, що існування цих двох статтей є недоцільним з огляду на ускладнення при правовій кваліфікації відповідних діянь. Тому пропонується виключити статтю 160 КК України з подальшим внесенням змін у статтю 160 КК України. The агtісІе is devoted to the relationship between Aгticles 157 and 160 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The author aгgues that the existence of these two aгticles is impractical because of the complications of the legal qualification of the relevant acts. Therefore proposed that АrtісІе 160 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine with fuгtheг amendments in агtісІе 160 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. |
