| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена проблемі визначення статусу дитини-біженця у збройному конфлікті. Проаналізовано положення норм міжнародного гуманітарного права у питанні міжнародно-правового захисту дитини-біженця у воєнний час. Вивчено питання визнання збройного конфлікту як правової підстави для отримання міжнародноrо захисту дитиною-біженцем. The article is dedicated to the problem of child refugee status determination in armed conflict. It was analyzed the provisions of international humanitarian law norms in issue of international legal protection of child refugee in а wartime. It was learnt the issue of determination of armed conflict as а legal reason for а child refugee to get international legal protection. |
