| Abstract: | Проаналізовано право на життя в контексті Конвенції про захист прав людини і основоположних свобод. Автор звернув увагу на скасування смертної кари, як форму покарання за тяжкі злочини. На підставі практики Європейського суду з прав людини розкриті обв’язки держави щодо захисту права на життя. Analyzed the right to life іn the context of the Convention оn the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. Тhе author drew attention to the abolition of the death penalty as а form of punishment for serious crimes. Оn the basis of the European Court of Human Rights revealed obligations of the State for the protection of the right to ilfe. |
