| Abstract: | The main moment of origin, development and decay of absolutism are the main subject of the article. The main accent is made on the influence of a foreign policy factor concerning the formation of absolutism. Absolutism is also to be studied as the phenomenon of psychological character, where significant place belongs to research of the role of a monarch as a person in history, its interrelations with organs of status representatives , with different levels of population and so forth. |
