| Abstract: | In the article is considered historical fate of "Politika" of Aristotel after his death, its role and influence on the formation of political-legal ideas of antiquity. The author comes to a conclusion, that the ideas of the antique political-legal theorists (Polibij, Tsitseron, Roman lawyers) are interconnected with the Aristotel’s ideas of a mechanism of the government building, add the urgency to the latter. |
