| Abstract: | Статтю присвячено дослідженню впливу кримінальної субкультури на злочинність в регіонах України. Проаналізовано зв'язок між територіальним розподілом виправних колоній та злочинністю і окремими її видами. Акцентується увага на негативних тенденціях криміналізації суспільства шляхом розповсюдження кримінальної субкультури. The article studies the influence of the criminal subculture оn crimes in the regions of Ukraine. Author analyzes the relationship between the territorial division ofcriminality and prisons. and some of its species. Attention is focused оn the negative trends of criminalization of society through the dissemination of criminalsubculture. |
