| Abstract: | In the given publication the author considers theoratical models of markink identity and in the identification using such concepts as ethnics and confessions in static data and notions of citizenship in different legislation practice. The author concludes that emperial and national conceptions of the urgent problems raised in the article remained suprasingly alive in the XX-th century, logically leading a contemporary man to even vaguer comprehention of his identity. |
