| Abstract: | This article is devoted to the V.K. Lypynsky is outstanding representative of the Ukrainian intellectual history, public and to the politician. He was the Pole on a birth, the Catholic on religion, has received European educations at the universities of Krakow and Geneva. His scientific and public work has been directed on creation of the independent Ukrainian state and attraction in the decision of this problem of the Polish elite. |
