| Abstract: | У статті розглядаються проблеми визначення поняття родового об'єкта злочинів, відповідальність за які передбачена у розділі XVIII «Злочини проти правосуддя» Кримінального кодексу України. Зокрема, аналізуються визначення поняття «правосуддя» та визначення поняття «родовий об'єкт злочинів проти правосуддя». З метою уникнення суперечностей пропонується розділ XVIII «Злочини проти правосуддя» назвати «Злочини проти правосуддя та порядку діяльності. що сприяє його здійсненню». The article is dedicated to the problems of definition of the notion of а gender object of the crimes, responsibility for which is stipulated in the chapter XVIII of the Criminal Code of Ukraine «Crimes against justice». ln particular, definitions of «justice» and «gender object of the crimes against justice» аrе analyzed. For the purpose to avoid discrepancies it is proposed to denominate the chapter «Crimes against justice» as «Crimes against justice and the order of activity that contributes to its implementation». |
