Параметри теорії флуктуаційного вільного об'єму в стеклах системи Ge-As-Se

Abstract

Частка флуктуаційного вільного об'єму tg визначалася шляхом чисельної інтерпретації даних про температурну залежність в'язкості методом максимальної правдоподібності і за формулою ɑtTg=∆ɑTg=tgln(1/ tg). Значення tg отримані цими двома способами, цілком задовільно узгоджуються між собою. Показано, що ці параметри істотним чином залежать від структури досліджуваних стекол. Область склування в системі Ge-As-Se поділяється на декілька частин, у яких переважають кінетичні одиниці одного структурного типу зі своїми значеннями tg. З ростом ступеня зв'язності склоутворюючого каркасу скла tg, збільшується, а об'єм мікропорожнини Vh зменшується.

The share of fluctuation free volume tg, was determined from the data on thermal dependence of viscosity by numerical interpretation using the method of maximum probability and according to the formula ɑtTg=∆ɑTg=tgln(1/ tg). The values of tg obtained by both methods, show a good agreement. These parameters are shown to depend essentially on the glass structure. The glass-forming area of Ge-As-Se system is divided into several parts, in which kinetic units of one structural type predominate with the corresponding values of tg With the glass-forming frame bonding degree the values of tg, increase, and the volume Vh decreases.
